I am always in need of remedial help with the business side of things, I am the kind of person who wants to focus my creative brain on designing marketing machines. Tedious tasks like completing tax information are not my thing.
The ever-present #CTA that quickly gets me back on track is a nice way to deal with a small #painpoint along the #userjourney.
I think this is a great example of #just-in-time learning – a strategy focussed on meeting the learner’s need when it arises.
